Minutes of meetings published within 3 days, keeping everyone informed
Publising Central Committee meeting attendance, as required by our bylaws
Providing self-serivce up-to-date delegate list to candidate – so they can contact delegates with their information
Easy delegate changes with no deadline – as required by our bylaws – so every precinct can have full representation
Facilitate communication within each level of the county party so we can have a free exchange of ideas
About Kirby Glad
Kirby Glad and his wife Cindy are Orem residents, along with four awesome children in various stages of adult life.
An avid Republican, practically since birth, Kirby was first elected as a precinct chair at the age of 18. Since then he has served as a faithful and energetic convention delegate or precinct officer in Utah County for over 20+ years. He was elected as District 58 Education Officer, and as a member of the county party Constitution and Bylaws Committee, which committee elected him as Chair. He has served as a member of the county party Executive Committee. Kirby was a member of the Convention Committee for the 2010 Utah County Nominating Convention, served as County Part Secretary for 2 terms, Education Officers, Parliamentarian, and on the Lincoln Day Dinner Committee several times, personally raising tens of thousands of dollars in table donations. He currently serves as Precinct Chair and County Party Treasurer
Kirby has been a candidate for school board, and has been a volunteer or advisor on several campaigns. As a member of the American Institute of Parliamentarians, he has been invited to moderate several candidate debates and panel discussions.
A native Utahn, he has been a resident of Utah county for 40 years, where he has been a community volunteer, including youth-soccer coach, five years as a deputy in the Salt Lake County Sheriffs Reserves, and a first-responder in the Fairview Volunteer Ambulance Association. Mr. Glad was a volunteer teacher for Junior Achievement for several years, and has been active in the PTA and School Community Councils at Orchard Elementary, Foothill Elementary, and Orem High School for over 8 years. As a community service, Kirby taught a year-long class in debate and parliamentary procedure at Orem High School. Kirby has served as a Neighborhood Coordinator for the Orem City CERT program for 3 years.
Professionally, Kirby has been a senior executive (CIO) and board member in companies with up to 4,500 employees. He has managed departments of 100 employees, and a budget over $10 million. He currenly is owner of a software development company with 20+ employees.
Kirby received his Bachelors of Science degree in Information Management, and a Master of Business Administration degree (MBA), both from Brigham Young University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and a volunteer instructor for the Leadership Development Institute of the Utah chapter of the Association for Information Management. He also holds professional certifications as CSSIP, CSM, CPO, and CTFL.

A smoothly functioning part can be more effective at accomplishing its mission, which it to put our platform into governance.
We need to improve our outreach to new voters such as youth and immigrants to make sure our party remains strong in the future.
We can attract new party members that we are republicans because we have Christian love for everyone, regardless of race, origin, sexual orientation, or economic condition, and we feel that all of these people will have more prosperity and freedom by living under Republican priciples of government.
